Air walker in cav eq 2.2

I’ve been exploring cav eq the last few days and I noticed that there’s an air Walker at the end of a path in chapter 2 quest 2 who has double the pi and health of everyone else and the same pi as the boss.
What is up with this? He’s a huge pain not only because he’s an air walker with a ton of health but he also is on a can’t touch this node so it’s really hard to use the typical air walker counters. Who are people using for this and why is he here in the first place?
