Cerebro Charges Not Displaying

Currently doing the Romance event quest. On 2.1 of Legendary. 3 fights in and I'm noticing that Prof X's cerebro Charges aren't displaying. Not sure if they are counting or not.

    In fact, NONE of the heros "charges" are working. First fight with Nick Fury and he's automatically using Life Decoy.

    Charges are broken.
