The new nodes for cavs cost more time and effort unless you have a very specific counter, the lunar new year event and calendar rewards are very low tier, the piggy bank’s value is awful and requires money to do at all, and the energy cost is skyrocketing due to both side events requiring energy. The offers have been all designed for new to low-tier players and the opportunities to get 6* shards have been replaced with cav crystals. I know this sounds like just a downer post but man this has been a disappointing month so far.

This gifting event always has been slight fun. It is designed in that manner.
I am a free to play so I can't really talk about piggy bank.

But yeah. Cavilier eq takes more time than previous nodes.
If their target was to make life easier unfortunately they got sidetracked with creativity.

And if we talk about deaign of this games' new content and end game content.
Well those are always has been challanging.

No time to invest.

If you don't want to invest more time just enjoy the game then don't bother but if u have time then Units are there.
With units every hardles in this game can be overcomed.

It costs less than 140 energy to explore all difficulties and you havw a week to do that before another chapter comes out. Bruh.

The Piggy Bank requires money, yes. That's its thing. Not everything in the game is free.

Essentially ftp. Busy enough to where I have at most 2 hours a day (and often I will log on for 30min). I’m progressing soundly and won’t have any issues finishing the romance arenas, both SQ, CavEQ, and I’m planning on trying to wrap up V3 near the end of the month.

Use your time wisely and you will be fine.

If it’s that you don’t have a counter, cool. People who are fresh out of 6.1 shouldn’t be easily exploring CavEQ. Focus on story or variant content to get some juicy rewards and your roster will develop to where you DO have counters to every node.

100% explore each difficulty of the monthly side quest and then tell me where you’re finding the energy to do 4 refreshes worth for the side quest each week. Bruh.

By waiting for it to fill up to offset the cost. It's the second week of the month. There's lots of time. Further to that, I have no idea why anyone would be doing all Difficulties. The game is about making choices.

At least not the EQ. Getting the Valentines is another story, but 1 Energy per Tile is nothing.

For the 1 that disagreed, why? I know there is plenty of time to do everything for those who have no job, no school and live in momma's basement rent free. Those of us who actually work, have kids and a wife or husband and actual responsibilities might not have time to wait for energy, or champion refreshes to get it all done....

I agree the arenas could have been better but the rewards for them are eh so not really missing out on much. Regarding the energy thing though, it's literally 1 energy per tile and there are only 2 paths per quest. I am able to explore 1 and half quests at least with one round of energy. And if you use the power of love boosts, the fights in legendary difficulty aren't even that long. You also have an additional week at the end of the month to complete it.

What are you even talking about? There are tons of people who have a wife, kids, and a full time job, and they have no problem completing all new content within the month.

I have a full time job and I always have extra energy in the end to complete permanent content.

The game has always been this way, and I am thankful for it because I always have something to do and never get bored.

Just sounds like you’re complaining because you have poor time management. And stop knocking people with no jobs, no school, and no home to go to. We’re in a pandemic and tons of people are suffering while jobless. If they want to escape reality to enjoy some escapism in the form of a mobile video game, then let them.

I disagree, because obviously you took it personally and I didn't say everyone that have jobs, wives or husband's and kids couldn't complete it. Maybe I should also state I work 60+ hours a week so you can eat your words about poor time management as well. Although I was insensitive to the people that don't work, don't go to school and live in momma's basement and I do apologise for that. To you I say kick rocks....

Like seriously? It's 12th of February today, I started playing CAV eq on the day eq started, I have explored first 2 chapters, have five paths in total to explore it completely. You know what, I didn't even played eq when aq and aw were on the same day. So theoretically I spent only 6 days of energy to nearly explore out cav difficulty.

And yes I am a free to play player.
