Apoc not gaining charges in AQ

in Bugs and Known Issues
I fought a mutant Ultron bot and two more defenders. Still have 1 charge.

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue.

    I was able to get the charges with mutant Doom-bots. But even so, winning fights should give the charges regardless.
