Piggy bank wouldnt open after purchase

Greetings.
After purchasing a full piggy bank, the screen changed and a piggy bank was wiggling in the middle of the screen with the words TAP HERE underneath. I tapped over and over but the piggy bank wouldnt open. It kept wiggling and making the cartoon noise. I logged out of rhw game and relogged. I do not have any of the items or the units in my house inventory.
