hypothetically, if I were to use Howard the duck's sp3 against M.O.D.O.K., which animation would take priority?

    Maybe? Because I did modok vs mojo and mojos take priority (also took priority vs Rocket)

    Anyone's offensive SP3 is just normal rule for them.
    If there are any champs that have a “custom offensive” SP3 based on fighting against a certain particular defender, then that SP3 has already factored their specific pairing into account.

    But otherwise, for those few champs that have special “Defender SP3” animations, those I would think would be what gets used when you do an SP3 against them.

    For example (this is made up, but for sake of argument)... if Tigra SP3 against Rocket has it where she (and only she) chases Rocket (and only Rocket) up a tree instead of her normal SP3, then obviously that custom Tigra vs Rocket animation would take priority over Rocket's normally alternate “defensive SP3” where he gets kicked instead of assembling his gun. But otherwise (against any other attacker), Rocket's alternate “gets kicked” defensive SP3 is what would get shown.
