Why won’t it let me go on to the third chapter in the side quest?

It says I need to finish the second chapter, but I already did it

    Same reason why the 2nd chapter wouldn't open after you completed the 1st.

    Thanks, I was confused since I just rushed thru the first two chapters. Did not know that it was time based

    You must not have done the 1st chapter in the FIRST week (otherwise 2nd one would have been locked until 2nd week, which we're in now).

    If you waited to do any of them until 2nd week (current week), then that's why it allowed both chap 1 and 2 all at once (but chap-3 still locked)

    (weeks start on Wednesdays)
