I think single tick is also of bleed ( nick fury and domino etc) and neuro is not a debuff.

Domino (with Lucky and landed over 100 crits) critical sp3 bleed. Likely both highest damage per tick and most damage overall.

Never forget 2 in game ticks=1 second. So if it ticks at 100k/tic for 3 seconds that's 600k damage.
