Tile 50 in tier 5 has vigorous assault. This is my first time in tier 5. The opponent placed a Sabertooth there. Will his passive regen trigger the unblockable? Or do passives not apply, only buffs?

Only regeneration buffs make him unblockable not passives.

If it isn't a buff, it won't trigger it. Regeneration passive dont count.
