When is red cyclopes getting buffed?

As it is clearly evident from the title, I have pulled a 6str cyclopes (luckily from shattered heart crystals)

Never cause HE IS EFFECTIVE

Early June.

Mutant class is too stacked for now in the game.
I feel tech and skill class deserves some love from Kabam.

Cyclops is the most effective character in the current state of the game. Any changes to him risk losing his effectiveness

Earliest time he could get buffed would be April. Latest date for a Cyclops buff would imo be around April or maybe July 2022. There aren't enough champions needing a full rework for Kabam not to touch either version of cyclops for over a year.
