At which level we can unlock willpower mastery ??

So guys as it is clear from the title I wanna know at which level we can unlock willpower mastery? I am a cavalier level 50 player and suicides are unlocked (I haven't purchased cores to unlock them) but willpower is still locked. So just wanna know at which level willpower be unlocked. And also please suggest me a faster way to level up.

    You need to have 15 points in Defense tree to unlock Willpower mastery.

    Point number 16 goes into it.

    I unlocked willpower before finishing act 5 and I was about level 52 if I'm not mistaken
