Some months passed and now Apocalypse boss on Map 7 is a lot easier to manage.
Most of us still use Corvus on timeout, others solo him with Tigra, G2099, Ghost and even Doctor Doom.
My friend is lucky enough to have a R5 Kang and he said he can solo Apocalypse boss with him paired with Apocalypse, no one believed him but he tried several times and he managed to Solo him.
Kang gains 400% attack with Apocalypse on the team and his ability to fully power drain on SP2 makes this possible.
I'm not saying he is the best counter but it is for sure a fun one.
