Forget about 4 stars, the only 4* that currently matters to you is Wasp, you need her as an esencial synergy pieced for that Ghost. So you should rank Wasp up. Learn how to Ghost and only with her and Wasp you'll be able to steamroll most of the content at hand. Do not waste rank up resources on 4 stars ( besides Wasp) . Luke is a fine candidate for rank up though. Once you become uncollected ( with that Ghost and Wasp you should be able to down the Collector) 5* shards will start flowing in a bit quicker and you'll get more 5 stars. However, the game gets really stingy with t1a and t3b once u become uncollected. That is why you shouldn't waste these on 4 stars, hoard them instead for that Luke Cage or any other good 5 that will come your way.

No, there's no such thing as karma. It's luck because I've seen others at your progression level come here and whine on forums about their first six stars or such
