4 star psycho man arena reward is missing [Resolved]

For anyone who grinded for 4 star psycho man, have you received reward email yet? I haven’t so far. It’s so weird. Is it a bug? Does kabam know this? Is this for everyone or just for me? Do I need to ask the support?

I put up about 10.5mil and still haven't gotten any rewards. Also going to the history this morning it doesn't look like it even registered that i got the reward...
