Calling out Players on the Forum is not allowed. Your best option is to use the Gear Icon in the game and send a Report.

Hey there everyone, if you see any suspicious activity, you can report it directly to the support team from within the game by clicking the Gear icon in the top-left corner of your home screen in-game and scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". You can also report suspicious activity to a moderator as well if need be. Since this question has been answered, this thread will now be closed.
