I had this situation a few times as well. Didn't realise it's a bug until I saw this video.

How is this a bug? He blocked the SP1 and then backed up and then dashed in. You can't punish Loki, either Magneto's, or doctor stranges projectile specials reliably either because of how slow the projectile is. The A.I has time to recover. On BWCV's SP1, it depends on where you are in how much time you have to counter. In that video, he was further back and then also backed up again. I don't see any bug at all.

Then why is this issue only happened in AW? Never faced this parry issue in any montly quest, dash back SP1 and attack method always working well.

Because defenders can't parry in quests? The person in the video didn't dashback to evade the SP1, they blocked it and then dashed back and tried to move in.
