Omega + Red Hulk or Hype + Colossus

Aiming to 4* R5 a synergy pairing of the above and unsure who to push for.
I’ve only just started act 5.1.1 and only have about 7/8 strong 4*, few garbage 5* and a ghost rider 5*. The only dupe I have is R4 4* YJ

    5* Ghost rider is r2. Other 4* R4 I have are Hit Monkey, Starkey, guillotine 2099, black panther cw, night crawler. R3 VTD, R2 storm pyramid x
