Ghost phase intercepting

Does phase intercepting count as an intercept? Like if I was on an aegis intercept node or something like that, would it work?

One thing I’d like to add is for a phase intercept to count as an intercept you have to hit the opponent very quickly after they miss. So for something like aegis intercept or do not go gentle a phase intercept will not register as an intercept every time.

This might not have been completely clear but if you go into the last quest of the event quest right now and take the aegis intercept path with ghost you’ll see what I mean.
