Parry Mastery Myth?

I see recently a lot vids and discussion regarding keeping Parry mastery
at Lv.1 instead of maxing because it effects more this way.
Some say parry is broken

Can someone maybe clarify or explain more about it?

Parry .mastery provides same stun length at base across all levels. But I creases stun duration based on perfect block chance. And that increases per level. It also significantly reduces block damage on perfect hits. This is substantial in higher content and even in act 5. So highly recommend getting max parry.

You're not wrong but the stun duration is not important, for actually better stun duration you want stupefy, and yes the real reason to max it is the damage reduction
