Specials not working

I have had no issues while everyone around me is complaining about specials not working but now its decided to happen to me. During a miniboss fight in aq i hit 4 of visions sp1 against cable, no problems, then all of a sudden i tap the special and nothing. The power dissapears but no sp1 is released. This happened a further 3 times and caused me to KO. Annoyed is an understatement. When will this be fixed?????
