Is Awakened 6 Star Longshot Worth Rank 3?

I just awakened Longshot from a 6 star featured crystal and I am wondering if I should r3 him for the Thronebreaker title. Is he valuable for clearing act 6 and 7 content at all?

He hits so hard with his sp2. He can gain power like crazy. He doesn't have a ton of utility but lots of damage. I would do it!

Yes, he is pretty good for mystic lanes in Act 7.
