Vision Special Attacks are Bugged

I don't know if this has already been identified, but every so often Vision's special attacks won't do any damage. It doesn't seem to happen in every fight, but it happens often enough and I haven't seen the problem fixed or even addressed.

    It’s not just Vision. It is happening with many champs’ lower specials. There have been multiple threads on it. But no fix yet.

    I'm not talking about the bug where you try to fire off a special and nothing happens. What's happening is when I use the special, the animation and other effects (Power Burn, Heal block) trigger just fine, but there is no damage done to the enemy.

    It's a known issue, has been for months but kabam hasn't or refuses to do anything about it

    Not only vision but cable and magik's specials are bugged.

    I actually got duped AOU vision power burn/steal actualy working atm but only in AQ :D
