Buff to electro
Electro should be much more greater than what he is right now, something like when you hold sp3 for {} he becomes that blue energetic electro or when he receives energy damage and when he enter that phase all attacks puts shock debuff , he's time for using it can be drain of his power like when you have sp3 for 10 secs you become blue one and it will starts to drain your power unless you use special attack to stop it
Also please buff cyclops,black panther cw,iron package,and nova -- nova need too be the cosmic human torch he's very powerful as u know umm I write this ideas sometimes idk it is any useful but i think about this things all the time love to be a idea and creater of characters in games
