I am apply the stagger and he nullifies it but still goes unstoppable. Is this how he is supposed to.work?

    He has increased ability accuracy
    Ie you staggering at 100 reduction but he has 120 accuracy leaving a 20 percent chance

    I see. I've wasted so much on 3 runs qt this trying and it's super frustrating. Thanks for the insight tho
