Make a OP Champ even more OP with a small change

The title says it all.
My idea: every time Colossus gains a amor up buff he gains one persistent charge which carry’s his armor ups indefinitely.

Every time Quake evades an attack, she gains an infinite passive fury, giving 1% attack rating increase. Seems small, but it would make a very big difference
