Is Black Widow DO Sabotage debuff of any use ?

I don't seem to use her sabotage mechanic when it comes to any matchups. It only provides 20 percent ability accuracy and the damage from the abilities failing to trigger is negligible. Is there any matchups it's useful. Could you explain where and why? Thanks
