Bug with Variant 6.3.1 right most (Void) path?

I have double suicide mastery on. On the right most "Void" path in Variant 6.3.1, the local node buffs state bleed & poison vulnerabilities and mastermind. None of this seem to interact with suicide masteries. So when I enter the fight with non-bleed/poison immune champions, they lose their health in almost no time & getting KO'ed. I don't understand which aspect of those nodes or the defender is causing this. Is this a bug? Or am I missing something?

    Thanks a lot @HI_guys !
    I reworked my mastery and was able to go past & for the first time ever, went on to complete my first variant. Thanks for the help. :smile:
