My login info doesn't work to submit a ticket

So I just sent a VD letter to my other account and it was never received. Issue 1. II go to submit a ticket, and it's asking for my email and password. I give me email associated with my account and the password I use to log into the game and forum. And it doesn't accept it.

I haven't submitted a ticket since the site was secure force. So what's the issue, and why does it want different sign in info than my current account info? Not too keen on resetting or changing my password and have it screw up my game sign in. Why is it something different? Not making sense to me.
