Need rank up help, 5r5 or 6r2...t5 cats t2 alpha cats expiring

Looking to either R5 or R2 any of the the above champs. I just completed 6.2 and looking to complete act 6. And variants 5 and 6. Not looking at abyss anytime soon. (And I suck using quake haha) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
