Bug, didn't got a champ

I opened a cavalier crystal, now.. n I got somethi g new 5*champ..
Though it's not showing in my champion list, nor allince general...a big big occuring.. I really need that 5*champ

Hey @Harry_123, when you open a Crystal on your device, the data from the Crystal opening is saved on our servers. This helps to protect the Rewards in case you encounter an issue such as a crash or your device battery suddenly dying. It also ensures that any Items or Champions from the Crystal are added to your account accordingly.

If you haven't already, please force-close and reopen the Marvel: Contest of Champion app and check your roster again.
