Whom should I rank 5

I have both cgr and corvus as 5* so whom should i rank 5.
I'm currently on act 6.2.2
I even have proxima as 5*

Got both of them at 5/65.
It all matters if you run Suicide Mastery.
If yes, Corvus.
If not, CGR.

Both on same parallel levels.
CGR does it with SP and Corvus with regular hits + Ramp Up.
Both have decent Immunities
