Persistent charges broken, again

After updating the game I went back to the quest I was on only to notice aegon, Morningstar & stealth Spider-Man all lost their persistent charge/ pre fight ability. They were broken last month with nick fury starting a fight with the life model decoy destroyed & the charges not showing during the fight now they don’t show before the fight. It’s not good enough, I’m trying to complete act 6 & make use of the 35 love juice that expires in less than 2 days.
