Apocalypse persistent charges are not working properly

Using Apoc after I updated to the new game version in AQ and the persistent charges are not working properly. I’ve had 3 fights. Two were against mutants and now I still have one charge. Namor Red Cyclops and Apoc team. I hope it doesn’t take as long as NF or OR to get fixed.
