Here is my Rework Concept for Loki. It's a little more complex than my others, so it might take a second read to understand his core mechanic. Let me know what you think and who. I should rework next...
Loki
Class: Mystic
General:
Loki’s Special Attack 2 animation is now his Special Attack 1 animation
Loki’s new Special Attack 2: Loki splits into three illusions of himself and each launches an icicle at the opponent as the illusions jump into the air one at a time. Each of Loki’s illusions fall back to the ground, each hitting the opponent with their staff as they land.
Loki”s new Special Attack 3: The opponent tries to hit Loki, but he disappears and various illusions of Loki appear in a circle around the opponent. Each illusion fires a mystical blast from their staff at the opponent.
Signature Ability - (God of Mischief, King of Jotunheim):
As the God of Mischief, Loki increases the duration of all enacted Ruses by 0.5 to 2 seconds for each active buff on himself.
As the King of Jotunheim, Loki increases the potency of all Coldsnap and Frostbite effects by 10 to 50%.
Passive: As a Frost Giant, Loki is immune to both Coldsnap and Frostbite effects.
Loki’s Ruses: Loki uses his mischief powers to devise Ruses for his opponents to play into. Ruses CAN be affected by Ability Accuracy reduction. Ruses on the opponent undergo 3 phases: Apply, Activate, and Enact.
Apply the Ruse: Whenever Loki or the opponent reaches 5 hits on the Combo Meter, Loki places an indefinite passive Ruse on the opponent. Max stacks 4.
Activate the Ruse: Loki activates 1 of the 4 Ruses on the opponent by completing the given actions:
-Ruse of Power: Activated when Loki activates a special attack.
-Ruse of Retreat: Activated when Loki dashes backwards.
-Ruse of Attack: Activated when Loki hits the opponent with a dash attack.
-Ruse of Cowardice: Activated when Loki hits the opponent’s block.
Enact the Ruse: Whenever the opponent repeats the corresponding action of an activated Ruse, the Ruse is enacted and Loki causes the opponent to Miss for 2 seconds. Loki gains the following effects based on the enacted Ruse:
-Ruse of Power: Loki gains a Prowess passive for 14 seconds, increasing special attack damage by 75%.
-Ruse of Retreat: Loki gains a True Accuracy passive for 12 seconds, preventing the opponent from using Evade or Auto-Block.
-Ruse of Attack: Loki Power Steals 10% of a bar of power from the opponent on each hit for 10 seconds.
-Ruse of Cowardice: Loki gains a Unblockable passive for 8 seconds, causing all of Loki’s attacks to become Unblockable.
When a specific Ruse ends, that Ruse goes on cooldown for 10 seconds and cannot be applied to the opponent until the cooldown ends.
Heavy Attack: When the opponent is Cursed, this attack is a Guaranteed Critical Hit and refreshes the Curse debuff. Additionally, pause the duration of all enacted Ruses on the opponent for 2.5 seconds; pause for 5 seconds if the opponent is Cursed.
Special Attack 1: This attack steals all buffs on the opponent. All stolen buffs last for 15 seconds. For each buff stolen, apply an 8 second Frostbite passive on the opponent, dealing (X) as a burst of energy damage when they expire.
Special Attack 2: Each of the 3 icicle hits apply a Coldsnap debuff, dealing (X) energy damage over 8 seconds. Each of the 3 staff hits apply an Armor Break debuff, each reducing armor rating by (X) for 16 seconds.
Special Attack 3: Place a Curse debuff on the opponent for 10 seconds. Curse debuff deals (X) damage every second and allows Loki to steal one of the opponent’s buffs on every hit. Stolen buffs last 15 seconds.
