Summoners!
We have recently identified a bug with Hood’s regeneration abilities. Hood's regeneration abilities should not be triggered when reapplying a Stagger while one is currently active. As such, we have fixed his regeneration abilities to its intended state, which is to trigger only when Stagger expires via time or when it nullifies a buff.
This fix will be in effect within the next 24 hours.
