Parrys and Blocks don't work/intermittent after the Update?

Anyone else experiencing this? It's been horrible today.

I have been experiencing it since the last maintenance

Last war i parried the opponent and parry text shown but opponent didn’t get stunned
Lost 1 attack bonus for that bug
