Kabam! I lost a six star crystal due to this bug!

Sorry I couldn't take screenshots as already the bug had completed its work.

I was going to open the third six star of my account and as soon as I spun it out, it had landed on guardian and suddenly, the game disconnected. I went to the crystals tab again but i had 0 6 star crystals and no other 6 star champ(or any dupe of either of my two 6 stars) have been observed in my roster.

This has resulted me in a loss of a six star crystal which is very precious for me.

I am feeling really disappointed for this...please fix this.

Hey @Real_Madrid_76_2, when you open a Crystal on your device, the data from the Crystal opening is saved on our servers. This helps to protect the Rewards in case you encounter an issue such as a crash or your device battery suddenly dying. It also ensures that any Items or Champions from the Crystal are added to your account accordingly.

Please force-close and reopen the Marvel: Contest of Champions app and check your roster once more. If you're still unable to see the Champion or Reward you received from opening this Crystal, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for clarification. You can contact them by clicking HERE.
