Still stuck at Tier 1 after buying the caskets

I'm Cavalier and bought all the caskets I'm supposed to but it still says I'm at Tier 1. Do we have to activate them somehow or is there some issue?

Same. Pretty sure we are supposed to be able to start with tier 6.
