Side Quest Issue

I have purchased first 5 caskets. But in side quest only tier 3 and 4 showing. I m cavalier too.. please help me

does anyone know when will the odin gauntlet event will be fixed i see tier 1 but i bought all 5 caskets

Works for me on iOS.
You can maybe buy them but you have to be uncollected or above to get that tier 6

Try to restart the game. Did you run through the tier 1 before you bought the caskets.? Then you probably locked yourself out of the tier6

Restarted so many times. Tried logging out and log in again.

im cavelier and bought all caskets and its still shows tier 1
