As someone who gets most MCOC news from in game messages and popular non-admin forum threads, I was pleased to learn today that the demony looking thing on the splash page with the All Father was NOT in fact Surtur. It looked just enough like the fiery dude to make me fear for the graphical future of the contest.

    Are you confirming for us that Mangog is not Surtur? We already have a Surtur stage so idk of anyone who wouldn’t at least recognize “oh it’s the guy from the hellish lava stage”

    Edit: not to mention glimpsing over any media tells you that it’s Mangog.

    I was kind of disappointed that we didn't get Surtur
    I mean - he brings about Ragnarok and bringing him with Odin would have been fitting

    Just as fitting as bringing in Mangog with the benefit of not releasing 3 cosmics in a row
