Selling summoner's soul

I have seen that you can sell the summoner's soul, but what does the bargain give you? And what if you dont sell it and wait until the end of the event quest. Will you get rewards for that?

How many threads are there going to be on this? Sell the soul now and you get 25 lost souls and a title. Wait and you get a different title.
