Ghost bugged in the uncollected event quest?

As I was exploring the uncollected event quest I went into a fight with ghost and noticed the amount of power she was giving the opponent when hitting them was not normal. So I went into realm of legends to make sure I was not crazy and to see if this was only happening in the event quest or not. Turns out, the power gain for rol winter soldier was completely normal and there’s definitely something wrong happening in the event quest. I’ll post two videos below, one of rol winter soldier to show the normal amount of power she gives the opponent (focus on basic hits) and one on a path in chapter 2 quest 1 of the uncollected event quest. You’ll see clearly that there’s a difference in the amount of power she’s giving the opponent. Just for reference, I did test this on multiple lanes in that quest and the same thing was going on. I’ve also been playing ghost for a while now which is why the discrepancy stood out so much.

Looks normal to me. It looks like you switched up how many light and medium attacks you were using.

It's very likely due to challenger rating giving less/more power.
