Buffed list and post nerfed list help

I have no clue whats going on with many champs as ghost looks really nerfed and fury starts at sig ability right away. Corvus too doesnt gain missions sometimes and many more.

Is hood buffed or now again nerfed ? Any more who got buffed yet ? Just know about these ones till now

ghost and corvus are unchanged, there's a persistent charge bug which can cause fury to start in his 2nd life but he was also unchanged
