Venom vs spiderverse

Has anyone else fought the spider verse heroes with venom and the evade? I'm trying to fight spider gwen in cav event quest 3.2 and shes evading my attacks

Evade blocks below 18% health on spider verse champs. As venom gets true strike then.

Oh yes i see now. Then this is definitely a bug...I did not notice that till now....a bug...i always thought it was only below 18% health. Needs to be reported for sure!!!!
