Is HE WORTH THE RANK UP

Is it worth taking 5 star Hood to rank4, i am currently on act 5.4.4 i do not know if he is worth the rank up.

No his buff has been reverted. He is now again the old hood.

He’s better now IMO but still don’t rank him up
