Is 6* Masacre worthy of being ranked up since his buff?
I pulled him (twice in a row, actually) ages ago and I wasn't overly impressed as I already had better 5* skill champs, so he's been sat on the sidelines, occasionally being used as War defence.
But after watching some YouTube content since his buff, he seems to have improved drastically. But is he worth R2?
