How to get blade back into the meta in 2020

Honestly with so many new champs /skill buffs he cant compete with other options. With people like aegon, fury, mole god and more in the skill class he is becoming more and more outdated. I think they should remove the dimensional tag and have him apply his danger sense against all champs and probably make his bleeds on sp2 last way longer because they last like half a second. Thoughts?

I think there are quite a few skill characters who should get a buff before blade. Not saying he shouldn’t eventually get one, but he used to be one of the #1 champs a few years ago.

I think like Human Torch nova flames, he should have some mechanics to activate it for any fight.
Like on activation of sp3 grants danger sense for 30 sec or so, then you can refresh it easily through bleed power gain.
Or if stacks 4 bleed then enter into danger sense.
I really like him, but he's not much useful to me over NICK FURY and Aegon.

I don't really think he needs a buff at all. Blade is still one of my most used champs, has reliable bleeds, danger sense is fine as it is and his regen is still one of the best in the game. Yeah he needs ghost rider with him to expand his danger sense but a lot of champs require synergies for their full potential. It'd be nice to see his danger sense expand even more but def not to all champs that seems a bit too op. Maybe a synergy with a new champ that would apply it to all science champs or something. But besides that Blade is still a solid god tier champ, not the best skill champ but he's up there.

Angela was good, still she got buff.

I think blade is perfectly fine. In fact he is the definition of a balanced champ. The only change he would need is to be released as a 6* and just like that he would be back in the meta.

For players who aren’t necessarily in end game, I think blade is still a unit saver and people depend on him especially F2P.

He is not as shiny as some of the newer skill champs , but I can almost bet money he would save the most items and resources out of all

If they really wanted to Buff Blade it'd be really easy: give every villain their #villain tag, and expand the roster of Dimensional Beings a little. I'm sure they can find some champs to fit in that list, like SorcSup, Juggs&UC or Man Thing

Mojo in his bio states that he is from another dimension, yet lacks the tag. Same with Aarkus. So the problem with buffing blade is that he's one of those champs Kabam seems to regret making and is intentionally making them less useful.

Also, danger sense needs to stay as is imo. I agree the eligible roster needs to be expanded, but that's a lost fight for some reason.

They are not even giving him any synergies. He could have easily had a synergy with Elsa and cosmic ghost rider at the very least.
