Network connection issue

Device: iPad (6th generation)
Device software version: 14.4
Issue: Only mcoc is having network connection issue while running on JIO cellular network/WiFi. Remaing apps like YouTube and chrome are working just fine. I even contacted network operator and they said it has to be an app issue. Please sort this out

    I also believe this is to be an app issue rather than a network issue. Disconnects might be an effect rather than a cause, with cause being some internal app code crashes that can't be graciously handled by a combination of your hardware and software.
