Easy choice. Falcon shutdown some of the annoying buffs or node.

Awakened x40 kingpin

I find unawakened Falcon's damage really underwhelming. He would do the stuff at rank 2.I would go with Kingpin who is far more fun to play and has high damage potential

Maybe falcon needs that extra damage increase more than kingpin then, if you’re gonna use kingpin at r2 already, may as wel rank up falcon for the extra damage
