I would personally take everyone up to r2 if you can except for Sabretooth. But since you obviously don't have unlimited resources, I would do it in this order:
1. Sorcerer
2. Hulkbuster
3. BWDO
4. Thing

Not sleeping on Thing, I just think a 5r5s200 is better than a 6r3s0.

First: Very low chance of you pulling those champs exactly. We’re talking about MCOC
Second: so? These champs may not be better but I’d consider two to be in the same tier, and I’d take a Sorcerer over Claire without suicides anyday

And also, it's just one rank-up. It generally won't be long before you can rank up another incase he does pull an amazing champ out of his next crystal. That's not really a good reason to pause on a rank-up IMO.
